Sean Melton is our Assistant Program Director. He coordinates events, writes curriculum, and develops new site locations. A longtime advocate in his community for emotional development and self-awareness, Sean works directly with our First Serve Mentors promoting vocation skills, personal development, community advocacy and matters of conflict resolution.
He has been working in personal development through personality theory in both a learning and teaching capacity for the last 12 years. Over that time he has taught his material in various universities, high schools, churches, and business workshops as well as with individuals.
