Sean Melton is our Director of Training and Education. He coordinates events, writes curriculum, and develops new site locations. A longtime advocate in his community for emotional development and self-awareness, Sean works directly with our First Serve Mentors promoting vocational skills, personal development, community advocacy and matters of self-awareness and conflict resolution.
He has been working in personal development through personality theory in both a learning and teaching capacity for the last 13 years. Over that time he has taught his material in various universities, high schools, churches, and business workshops as well as with individuals.
